Cooking chicken curry has never been so quick, easy and delicious!
250g chicken, cubed or pieces
25 -40g MA’s Chicken Curry Paste
1 tbls oil
1 cup (250ml) Coconut Milk
1 cup (250ml) water
1 large onion, sliced
Curry Leaf (optional)
1 tsp Mustard Seed
2 chilies, chopped
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the curry leaf, mustard seeds and chili until mustard seed begins to pop. Add the onion and continue to sauté.
Add curry paste and sauté further, alternatively you can marinate the chicken in the curry paste and skip this step.
Add the chicken and cook until cooked through.
Add the coconut milk and water; simmer for 3 minutes. – Serve and enjoy!
