Cooking Biriyani has never been so quick, easy and delicious!
- 800g Basmathi rice, cooked
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 tsp coriander leaves, chopped
- 250g chicken, cubed
- 1/2 cup curd
- 25g MA’s Biriyani Masala Mix
- Heat ghee in a pan and saute onion, tomatoes, chicken, curd with biriyani mix.
- Once chicken is cooked through add rice, coriander and mix well.
